The Welcome Arch
"You Belong Here Where the Sidewalk Starts"
The welcome arch at our planned campus entrance carries the words "You Belong Here," and the central roundabout bears the banner "Your Future is Yours to Build." Together, they carry the message that defines who we are. Every student who arrives will hear the words Blake Newsom needed to hear himself: you belong here, you are capable, and your future is still yours to build.
A Vision, Not Yet Built
From a Rendering to a Reality
The rendering above is a conceptual vision of the future physical campus of Newsom Educational College. It shows our planned tree-lined entrance boulevard, a welcome arch reading "You Belong Here," a central roundabout bearing the banner "Your Future is Yours to Build," a fountain plaza flanked by glass academic buildings, residential halls, an athletic track and field, and parking areas.
This campus is not yet built. Construction has not started. Newsom Educational College is still in the process of seeking authorization from the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC), and this rendering represents what we envision for our future physical home, not a facility that exists today.
Every element you see, from the buildings to the fountain plaza to the welcome arch, is planned to come to life through the generosity of donors who believe that higher education should be accessible to every student, regardless of ability, background, or past academic struggle. This is our vision. This is our hope. And this is the future we are inviting you to help build.
